Yacktman is president of Yacktman Asset Management, a company he formed in March 1992. From 1983 to 1992, he managed Selected American Shares, for which he was named Morningstar's 1991 Portfolio Manager of the Year. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager at Stein Roe & Farnham from 1968 to 1982 and a partner at that firm from 1974 to 1982. He also has spent time at Continental Bank. Fund Profile and Description

Yacktman Focused Svc Fund seeks long-term growth of capital; current income is secondary. Yacktman Focused Svc Fund invests in domestic and foreign equity securities and debt securities. It can invest up to 20% of assets in foreign equity securities. This 20% limit does not apply to investments in the form of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Its investments in equity securities can include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible preferred stocks, warrants, options and ADRs. Debt securities can include U.S. Treasury notes and bonds, investment grade corporate debt securities, convertible debt securities and debt securities below investment grade. Yacktman Focused Svc Fund is non-diversified.
