Jim is Managing Director - Chief Investment Officer of W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd. Mr. Tierney began his career in the Equity Research Department at J.P. Morgan Investment Management in 1988. He analyzed companies in the entertainment, healthcare and finance industries. Mr. Tierney left J.P. Morgan in 1990 to attend business school and returned after completing his M.B.A in 1992 to become a Senior Analyst. As a Senior Analyst he followed a succession of industries, including energy, transportation, media and entertainment before joining W.P. Stewart in 2000.
