ING Amer Cent Sm-Md Cap Value Port S2 Fund seeks long-term capital growth; income is a secondary objective. The portfolio normally invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of small-mid-capitalization companies whose market capitalizations are within the range of the custom Russell 2800 index. It may also lend portfolio securities on a short-term or long-term basis, up to 33 1/3% of assets.
