Donald W. Hodges has 48 years of investment experience. He serves as chairman of Hodges Capital Management.He is the founder and chairman of the board of First Dallas Securities. In addition, he is a portfolio manager for the Hodges Fund, as well as a shareholder. Donald began his investment career in 1960 with Merrill Lynch. In 1974, he joined what is now RBC Dain Rauscher, where he became president in 1983. Don brings nearly five decades of investment industry experience to our clients. Hodges Instl Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. Hodges Instl Fund invests in common stocks of companies of any market capitalization, small, medium or large. It may engage in short-sale transactions with respect to 25% of net assets. Hodges Instl Fund may also invest in money market instruments and may, from time to time, purchase put and call options on U.S. traded stocks or security indices. It may also invest up to 25% of net assets in moderate growth stocks.
