Fund Profile and Description

Davenport Core Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. Davenport Core Fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks. It may invest in preferred stocks, convertible preferred stocks, convertible bonds, and warrants. Davenport Core Fund may invest up to 25% of assets in the equity securities of foreign issuers or invest in foreign markets that the Advisor considers to be “emerging markets.” It does not limit the fund to any particular market capitalization requirements when selecting stocks.
