iShares Core Moderate Allocation (AOM) Exchange-traded Fund (ETF)

The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the S&P Target Risk Moderate index. The fund is a fund of funds and invests primarily in the securities of other iShares funds that themselves seek to replicate their own underlying index. The index measures the performance of S&P’s proprietary moderate target risk allocation model and provides significant exposure to fixed income, while maintaining smaller equity exposure in order to seek current income, some capital preservation, and moderate to low capital appreciation.
