iShares Core Conservative Allocation (AOK) Exchange-traded Fund (ETF)

The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the S&P Target Risk Conservative index. The fund is a fund of funds and invests primarily in the securities of other iShares funds that themselves seek to replicate their own underlying index. The index measures the performance of S&P’s proprietary conservative target risk allocation model and emphasizes exposure to fixed income, while maintaining smaller equity exposure in order to seek current income, capital preservation, and help avoid excessive volatility of returns.
